A great experience

We scheduled (finally) to have the boys pictures taken by a photographer who works for the company that took Leelyn's NB pics. in the hospital. He came to the house which was fantastic - no having to rush around getting them dressed and worrying about them getting dirty before getting them to a studio! Also, it was in our environment and not unknown territory - plus we didn't have to spend an hour before actually getting into the studio - as you may know, by that time it is usually meltdown city!

He was excellent - I have to admit I was nervous! It takes very patient and skilled people to shoot kids! Much to my surprise, he was GREAT! It also helps when the photographer tells you over and over how cute your kids are and how impressed he is at how advanced your three month old is. ;-)
The proofs will be here in no longer then 2 weeks and we get to view and order then, so there was no pressure to order today which was also very nice because the kids were dunzo as was I. Plus, Brian can look @ them as well, oh and did I mention they come to the house to let you view the proofs, LOVE THAT!

It was very interesting and enjoyable for me to see all that equipment and lighting/backdrops! That is my dream job - traveling around taking pics. and having my own studio. I chatted his ear off I am sure, but he looked around at all my pics. that I have taken and wandered why I wasn't doing it professionally - he thought I had the eye for it. That was a GREAT compliment!
XOXO

God - please allow me to receive my dream camera asap!
