Already letting him go.......

Our Saturday was swimtastic! Our first trip to the pool this summer, well almost "summer" - close enough! I have seriously DREADED going, let's face it, I am in no kind of shape to be walking around in a swimming suit! I opted for board shorts, bikini top that I am falling out of with a tank over it! LOL All in all - I had a great time with my boys! We always invite our neighbors two girls which we just love, Allison and Amanda!Blaine LOVES and I mean LOVES them so much! Leelyn was a trooper and loved the water. He was so content and chilled out.Of course I made the mistake of purchasing the little mermaid swimmers in my fav color, PINK! Good thing he had his fancy trunks to cover it up! People already think he is a girl because of his long hair <------now that hair is WILD! LOL
Blaine is growing up so fast. My heart broke today! I took him to the big slide which he loves and conquered last year, he was so excited to go down it. I didn't get any shots today because I needed both hands to catch him at the bottom of the slide but here are a few pics. of the smaller slide he also enjoys:Such an intense face!LOL, to cute for words! I took Blaine into the deep part of the pool and he only had his life-vest on so I was holding on to him tight especially after reading about that boy that died from dry drowning. Blaine looked at me and said "Mama- let me go I can do it myself" my heart flipped and flopped and pounded right outside of my chest. I didn't want to let him go!!!!!! Brian you see is much better about letting Blaine do his thing, me....not so much! So, I told him if he would allow me to put his arm floats on also, I would then let him go! Here he is running for the floats, ha! I have many more times in my life I am going to have to let him go and it breaks my heart! He is getting so big, so fast! I heart this little boy so much!Mama loves you Blainers!! XOXO
God- please watch over my boys and keep them forever safe, and give me that third eye my mom had.
