So when I picked up Blaine today, I rec'd a letter stating a kid in his class has the SWINE FLU!
Seriously, scary scary! Pray my kiddos don't come down with it! UGH~

Try not to worry too much!! Yes, of course it is better if your kids don't get it, but it is EVERYWHERE where we live and several people that I know that have had it say it is not as bad as you hear it is (mainly form the media, wanting to SCARE everyone to half death). My sister in law is a pediatric ICU nurse and they do have several children with really bad cases of it, but it really is no different than the average seasonal flu. She said wash your hands all of the time and if you go anywhere (grocery store, etc. ) sanitize everything you touch. Will be praying that you and your sweet family do not get sick. It has already been in my church.
That is scary. Be thankful they aren't in public school.
